| LIABILTY WAIVER
A safe is provided and is recommended for valuables. The owners of “Romantic-Louveteaux-en-Provence” and the property “La Lauve”, PJC Management (France) SARL (jointly and separately hereafter called Les Louveteaux), however are not liable in case of loss or damage to any guest item, no matter the location of the item (in safe or not) nor cause of loss or damage. Any items left behind, will at the guest’s request be sent to them at their own expense. By making the reservation for Les Louveteaux, I hereby acknowledge that the use of Les Louveteaux and facilities, including the swimming pool (whereby I acknowledge that the functioning of the swimming pool alarm has been demonstrated, and that the alarm was active and “armed” upon my arrival), is undertaken with full knowledge of risk of injury and therefore I hereby accept any and all risk of injury to myself, my guests, family, and tenants sustained while staying in Les Louveteaux or while using the facilities of Les Louveteaux. In accepting the risk of injury, I understand that I am relieving and will fully indemnify and hold harmless the owners or staff of Les Louveteaux for and from any loss, cost claims, damages and liabilities for property damage, personal injury or death arising from or connected with the rent and/or use of Les Louveteaux or any facility related to Les Louveteaux. I also acknowledge that any dispute related to a stay at Les Louveteaux and/or this indemnification is exclusively governed by the law of France and that only the French court is exclusively competent to decide on legal disputes. Check out time is 11.00 a.m. unless otherwise arranged and agreed. |
